A Message From
Our Founder

On the mission, the vision, and why Rynalty Group exists.

"I build governed pathways that turn scattered requirements, records, resources, and human knowledge into visible next actions, assigned responsibility, measurable outcomes, and a preserved execution record. I begin with one real pressure, pilot the pathway in live work, prove the result, and expand only when the evidence supports it."

When I founded Rynalty Group, I did so with a clear understanding of two interconnected crises facing our nation: aging federal infrastructure and the untapped potential of our veteran workforce.

After years of working in the field — across VA medical centers, data centers, and complex federal facilities — I witnessed firsthand the gaps that exist between federal facility managers, fragmented subcontractor networks, and the OEMs whose equipment keeps these buildings operational.

I saw preventive maintenance programs that existed on paper but failed in execution. I saw compliance documentation that created more burden than protection. I saw skilled veterans returning from service with the discipline and capability to lead, yet struggling to find meaningful pathways into federal infrastructure careers.

Our Mission

Rynalty Group exists to solve both challenges through a single, unified approach: Prime Orchestration. We don't self-perform labor. We orchestrate AI, OEM specialists, aerial intelligence, and veteran-led field networks into one accountable system that federal agencies can trust.

Our platform — Infrastructure Lifecycle Intelligence (ILI™) — represents years of field experience translated into a technology framework that actually works. Not theoretical. Not academic. Built from the ground up inside real federal operations.

With the addition of Groundline DroneOps™, we've extended our intelligence capabilities to aerial infrastructure assessment. From powerline inspection to facility monitoring to disaster damage assessment — we bring eyes in the sky integrated with coordination on the ground.

Our Supervisory Mesh™ network provides federated oversight across all 18 VA VISNs, with local supervisory capacity in every region. This isn't about replacing federal staff — it's about extending their reach with disciplined, veteran-led field intelligence.

For Federal Agencies

A modernization partner that understands compliance, delivers accountability, and scales nationally.

For Veterans

Career pathways into federal infrastructure through our coalition and training programs.

As we step into this next chapter, we do so with the confidence that comes from years of preparation. We've earned our SDVOSB certification. We've built OEM partnerships. We've developed the technology. We've assembled the coalition.

Now we're ready to scale.

We are building the next generation infrastructure intelligence company. And we invite federal agencies, utilities, engineering partners, and fellow veteran-owned businesses to join us in this mission.

Not to play small. But to step into a national architecture role that serves America's most critical facilities.

If you're a contracting officer looking for a modernization partner that understands both the federal landscape and emerging technology — we're ready.

If you're a veteran looking for meaningful work in federal infrastructure — we're building pathways for you.

If you're an OEM, subcontractor, or engineering firm looking for a coalition that operates with discipline and accountability — we're orchestrating a network you can trust.

Thank you for taking the time to understand who we are and what we're building. I look forward to the opportunity to demonstrate how Rynalty Group can serve your mission.

With respect,

The Rynalty Group Team
