Rynalty Group designs, deploys, and operates the systems that produce the operational record: visible next actions, assigned responsibility, measurable outcomes, and preserved evidence.
Execution, certification, and enforcement remain with the parties legally authorized to perform them. The boundaries below are stated plainly so responsibility is never assumed.
What we are responsible for
Design, deployment, and operation of the operating environment.
Capture and preservation of the evidence the work produces.
Routing decisions and responsibility to the right parties.
How we modernize
We preserve the operating knowledge and systems that already create value, then modernize the parts that constrain execution.
Rynalty builds and operates the record of the work. We do not perform the work.
What We Are Responsible For
Scope of Non-Responsibility
Execution, certification, and enforcement remain with the parties legally authorized to perform them.
No Self-Performed Construction or Trade Labor
Rynalty Group does not self-perform construction, installation, repair, commissioning, or trade labor of any kind.
All physical work is performed by independently contracted, licensed, and insured parties who retain full responsibility for their labor, means, methods, safety, and workmanship.
No Construction Manager or Means-and-Methods Authority
Rynalty Group does not act as the Construction Manager of Record, General Contractor, or trade supervisor.
We do not:
- Direct field crews
- Control means and methods
- Own or guarantee project schedules
- Assume responsibility for cost execution
Groundline, the managed execution layer, coordinates information and evidence, not field execution.
No Inspection, Certification, or Professional Verification
Rynalty Group does not perform inspections, certify compliance, or provide professional verification services.
Responsibility remains with:
- Owners
- Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs)
- Licensed third-party inspectors
- OEM-authorized entities
Groundline captures, organizes, and preserves inspection evidence but does not certify its validity.
No Labor Employment or Workforce Supervision
Rynalty Group does not employ, supervise, manage, or direct workforce personnel.
Responsibility remains with:
- Prime contractors
- Subcontractors
- OEM partners
- Authorized service providers
Groundline supports qualification, routing, and documentation, not labor management.
No Emergency Response or Field Dispatch Services
Rynalty Group does not provide emergency services, field dispatch, or direct response operations.
Groundline supports:
- Information coordination
- Evidence capture
- Documentation workflows
- Partner visibility
Operational response remains the responsibility of authorized responders and contractors.
No OEM Service, Repair, or Certification
Rynalty Group does not perform OEM service, repairs, commissioning, or certification.
Responsibility remains with:
- Manufacturer-authorized technicians
- Licensed service providers
Groundline coordinates equipment documentation, certifications, and asset records, but does not replace manufacturer technical authority.
No Detached Third-Party Evaluation or Research Authority
Rynalty Group does not operate as a detached or independent evaluator in an academic, regulatory, or grant-oversight capacity.
We design and operate systems that generate audit-ready evidence, metrics, and reports. Interpretation and adjudication remain the responsibility of the governing authority.

By keeping role boundaries clear, every partner, contractor, and stakeholder knows what they own. That reduces risk, speeds decisions, and keeps the record ready to prove.
This scope of services document is provided for informational purposes to clarify Rynalty Group Corp's role in federal and commercial programs. Specific contractual responsibilities are defined in individual agreements and statements of work.
