For Investors and Strategic Partners
We've built a ready-to-prove AI layer that turns messy construction data into legal-grade evidence in real time, already generating revenue and helping customers recover hundreds of thousands in claims.
What sets us apart is our unique federal contracting engine. As a certified SDVOSB prime, we can embed Groundline directly into contracts as the mandated veteran governance layer. With this round we'll prove repeatability across 4 to 5 more deployments and expand bidding capacity through SBA Joint Ventures, partnering with established federal contractors to pursue significantly larger opportunities while preserving our SDVOSB advantages.
No software-only player can replicate this combination of real-time intelligence plus built-in federal access.
The Problem
The VA's FY26 budget request is $441.2 billion, with a record $4.8 billion dedicated to Non-Recurring Maintenance, the largest asset maintenance allocation in the department's history. The trades exist. The capital exists. What is missing is the connective tissue between compliant federal primes, OEM partners, trade contractors, and a workforce pipeline that holds.
Federal facilities run on tribal knowledge, paper closeouts, and disconnected tools. Every PM transition resets the memory.
FAR 52.212-1, CLIN/SLIN structure, SF1449 accuracy. Most SDVOSBs lose on administrative non-conformance, not technical capability.
Veterans and trades-ready workers exist. The connective tissue between them and federal infrastructure work does not.
Ecosystem Builds Completed
Four interlocking layers. Each was built in sequence, not in parallel, which is why the ecosystem holds under federal scrutiny.
Certified federal entity. SAM UEI, CAGE, NAICS registered. National positioning across all 18 VISN regions for FY26 to FY27 work.
Digital Construction Operator and automated auditor for data centers and hospitals. The field layer that captures, structures, and proves work performed.
OEM coordination, VOSB alliances, trade contractor recruitment. The market is now forming around us, with inbound from major regional mechanical contractors.
Past performance forming through VA NY Harbor and VA Puget Sound proposals. Compliance discipline, SDVOSB set-aside posture, and digital general contractor model.
Everything came together in 2025, but the roots go back years. This is the real evolution— from field fragmentation to unified coordination, from disconnected memory to AI-powered infrastructure intelligence.

Recognized by battalion-level commendation for sustaining Combat Operations Center capability through cross-unit sourcing of parts outside the planned supply path, and by delivering preventive maintenance training to on-station personnel in lieu of added manpower. Mission continuity was produced by decisions that deviated from plan, and those decisions are lost unless the condition that forced them is captured at the moment of execution.
While carrying project management responsibility at a regional specialty contractor, also taught in the company's in-house academy: safety competency, construction contracts and change, electrical inspection practice, and supervisor development. Course material was written from live field conditions instead of generic curriculum, and the instructor listing is still published years later. This is where the transfer problem became obvious: knowledge held by experienced operators only survives when someone captures it and teaches it back to the people on station.
Twelve years inside mission-critical electrical construction across data centers, hospitals, and federal facilities revealed the same pattern everywhere: fragmented memory, broken handoffs, tribal knowledge that resets every time a PM transitions. At Byron Rogers, a federal building modernization in Denver, manually reconstructed the full sequence of delays and cost impacts to flip a six-figure claim against the firm into a six-figure recovery. No system existed to do this. Did it by hand. That was the day the conviction to build one started.
After 12 years as a Senior Electrical PM managing mission-critical scopes, left the field to build what didn't exist. No outside capital. No team. No roadmap. Just a thesis built from lived experience: trade contractors lose every dispute they should win because they lack the record, and institutional knowledge disappears every time someone walks out the door. Founded Rynalty Group Corp as the vehicle to prove otherwise.
Deployed a custom construction management information system for a major Denver-based MEP contractor. First real proof that the field would accept structured operational memory if you built it around how they actually work. The gap was exactly what the conviction said it would be. Every contractor in the country has the same problem. Most are still living it.
Deployed the operational memory platform on a live hyperscale datacenter project with an anchor trade contractor working under a Tier-1 general contractor. Documented 24 weeks of owner-driven delays, structured the full cost impact sequence, and supported recovery of over $500K. Thirteen consecutive months of revenue and still running today. Not a case study. A live system with an active client doing exactly what it was built to do. This is the proof.
Submitted over $15M in written federal proposals across VA facilities nationwide. Built the full proposal infrastructure, OEM subcontractor relationships, compliance documentation, and technical approach from scratch as a solo founder. Multiple solicitations confirmed through compliance review. Every submission made the next one sharper. The Ozarks VA HVAC proposal alone was a six-volume, fully compliant submission. The machine works. The federal record is being built one proposal at a time.
Achieved SBA Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business certification in August 2025. This wasn't a checkbox. It was the structural layer that changes the entire model. As a certified SDVOSB prime, the platform can be embedded directly into federal contracts as the mandated veteran governance layer. No software-only competitor can replicate this combination. The proof came first. The certification followed. That is the right order.
Launched a direct outreach campaign across the Colorado Front Range targeting specialty electrical and mechanical contractors. Personalized pocket folders. In-person drops across five cities. Follow-up conversations within 72 hours. The same trust-first thesis that built the federal side, now applied to commercial. Named targets included some of the largest electrical contractors in the region. Building it the right way, one relationship at a time. Revenue from the field funds the next stage.
An unsolicited inbound from a Venture Partner at an Abu Dhabi-based venture capital firm followed a single LinkedIn positioning post. No outreach. No pitch deck sent cold. The market found the work. A signal that the thesis is resonating beyond the field, into the investment community that backs the infrastructure intelligence layer globally.
Formalized the investment thesis and began active pursuit of a seed raise at a $15M pre-money valuation. The capital deploys to prove repeatability across four to five additional deployments and expand federal bidding capacity through SBA Joint Ventures with established federal contractors. The investor materials, the journey, the platform, the outcomes, all of it is documented. The foundation is standing. The raise is live. This is the moment solo founder building meets institutional backing and coalition partnering.
See the investor thesis →Applied to Y Combinator for the fourth time in May 2026. Rebuilt the brand, the website, and the investor positioning from scratch. Created the journey page you are reading right now. Every word, every system, every framework, built by one founder who came from inside the work and refused to stop. The platform is real. The clients are real. The federal record is real. Now the coalition forms around it.
The next chapter is not more field services. It is proving that a live execution record can stand in for the organization itself. Every deployment captures what changed, what is at risk, what action was taken, and what evidence was preserved, then turns that record into decision support the next crew, the next program office, and the next contract can rely on. The same substrate that documents a hyperscale build transfers to defense logistics and federal sustainment, where continuity depends on decisions that deviate from plan being captured at the moment of execution. The goal by 2027 is a twin layer running in production on both sides, commercial and federal, so readiness is something we can show rather than assert.
The Partnering Chapter
We are activating the partners already at the door: SBA Joint Venture co-primes, OEMs, trade contractors, federal buyers across 18 VISN regions, and the inbound capital relationships that want a seat inside this work.
