Groundline Is Live: Built on Coordination. Grounded in Trust.
Rynalty Group today officially brings Groundline to life as our Digital Construction Operator for high-coordination construction environments.
For years we have operated in the field as federal subcontractors and commercial specialty contractors on mission-critical projects: data centers, hospitals, and complex builds across the Front Range and beyond. We lived the same problems every PM and superintendent faces: coordination friction, tribal knowledge trapped in heads and scattered files, change orders that take too long to document and defend, and payments delayed because the record was never built to stand up.
That experience drove the creation of Groundline.
We did not start with a slide deck or a generic platform. We started by grounding the company in the actual locations and environments where coordination matters most. We ran real projects. We captured field data: transcripts, photos, schedules, decisions, RFIs. We built the operational memory layer that turns that data into a verified, defensible audit trail. We tested it where the cost of failure is highest.
Today, Groundline is no longer in development.
It is the field-deployed system we run ourselves and now deliver to federal subcontracting partners and commercial contractors working in the same high-coordination environments.
The Groundline Difference
Built on Coordination
Event-first architecture that follows the real sequence of work instead of forcing your team into rigid processes.
Grounded in Trust
Persistent operational memory with automated drift detection, audit-ready records, and clear documentation that supports faster change orders, stronger compliance, and cleaner closeouts.
Managed Service Delivery
We do not just provide software. We deploy the Groundline layer into your projects, integrate with how you already work, and run it alongside your team so the value shows up in real dollars and reduced admin drag.
This is the natural outcome of our journey at Rynalty Group. As an SDVOSB federal prime contractor based in Aurora, Colorado, we have walked the same job trailers and federal project paths as the contractors we now serve. That shared reality is what makes Groundline different.
What This Means for Contractors
If you are a specialty contractor (electrical, mechanical, low-voltage, or other trades) running complex, high-coordination work, Groundline gives you the operational backbone that federal-grade environments demand, without the overhead of traditional project management tools.
We start by grounding the service in your location and workflow. From there we help turn field chaos into coordinated execution and defensible outcomes.
Next Step: 14-Day Pilots Open
See Groundline in action on your own project. We are offering 14-day pilots for qualified contractors.
