We modernize how
organizations operate
Rynalty builds contractor workflow and back-office systems for the American industrial base: inside contractors, where we design it, build it, connect it to the operation, and put it into daily use with the team, and into defense procurement through our SDVOSB prime channel.
Our workforce mission: the operating and leadership roles are the hardest to fill, so we preserve the knowledge the workforce already carries and build the path into those roles. Contractors start with one workflow. People and training programs can apply on the workforce page.
Where we operate
Design, deploy, and operate the missing operating infrastructure inside the company.
Complex construction and specialty contracting, run on one execution record.
Federal and public work delivered through our SDVOSB prime channel.
Operating and leadership roles are the hardest to fill. We build the path into them.

The problem
Your Operations Manager should not have to reconstruct the company every morning.
Companies become dependent on experienced people to manually connect work across estimating, operations, project management, field execution, project controls, documentation, billing, change and customer commitments. As complexity rises, the company keeps adding context to the heads of the people already trusted to make the work run.
That is not only a labor shortage. It is an operating-capacity constraint. The company needs more experienced judgment, and most of the judgment it already has is consumed by routine coordination and rebuilding information that was never recorded.
What one person ends up connecting by hand
Experienced people should operate the company. They should not have to be the company's operating infrastructure.

The method
How we modernize
Six stages. Closer to design-build and commissioning than to management consulting.
- 01
Observe
Understand how the work actually happens today, with the people doing it.
- 02
Map
Lay out the operating sequence: dependencies, handoffs, records, breakdowns, and human decision points.
- 03
Design
Design the operating system around the organization instead of forcing the organization into generic software.
- 04
Deploy
Connect existing systems, build what is missing, and automate the work that should be automated.
- 05
Commission
Run real work through the system with the actual operators and verify the full sequence holds.
- 06
Operate
Support the deployed environment, maintain the operating record, measure performance, and keep improving it.
Observe → Map → Design → Deploy → Commission → Operate
How we work
Operating systems produce the record. The record is what makes the decisions ready to prove.
We do not start with analytics. We start by making the operation run, because an operation that runs is the only thing that generates a trustworthy record. The decision support comes after, built on what the work itself wrote down.
We learn the operation as it runs
We sit with the people doing the work and map how requests arrive, how jobs get scheduled, how field notes travel, and where the owner is still the bottleneck.
We commission an operating system
Intake, scheduling, dispatch, follow up, and billing run on one governed pathway. The system does the routing and the reminders, so the work moves without someone holding it together by hand.
The record writes itself
Because the work runs through the system, every request, visit, change, and completion is captured while it happens. Nothing is reconstructed later from memory or a text thread.
The record supports the decisions
Once the record exists, the questions change. What is at risk this week, which work is unprofitable, what is owed, and what can be proven. That is the decision support we deliver.
Current evidence, smallest scale
The clearest proof is the one where the owner was the system.
At the lowest level of the industrial base, the administrative load sits on one person. Remove it there and the effect is unambiguous: the work still runs, and now it leaves a record behind. The same architecture scales up to complex projects and federal scope.
- Where it runs
- A small residential irrigation and service contractor, owner operated.
- The pressure
- Every request, schedule change, and invoice passed through the owner before anything moved.
- What we commissioned
- An autonomous intake to dispatch to billing pathway with automated customer follow up.
- What it produces
- A continuous service record per property and per technician, kept as the work happens.
- What the owner does now
- Reviews exceptions and approvals instead of running the administrative work by hand.
Our philosophy
Modernize what needs to change. Preserve what already works.
We do not enter a business assuming everything must be replaced. The people running the operation already hold real operating knowledge. That knowledge is an asset, not a problem.
We capture it, build the infrastructure around it, and remove the parts of the operation that depend on memory, rework, and manual intervention.
Modernization at three scales
What it actually looks like before and after.
Same method. Different operating environment. Examples are genericized.
Business Modernization
Owner-operated businesses, specialty service companies, contractors, and growing organizations.
Before
- Calls and texts
- Paper tickets
- Whiteboard scheduling
- The owner's memory
- Disconnected accounting information
After
- Customer front door
- Scheduling and dispatch
- Job records
- Owner portal
- Job costing
- Operational record
Project Modernization
Specialty contractors, complex construction, infrastructure, mission-critical projects, and project teams.
Before
- Contract in a PDF
- Schedule in one platform
- Email threads
- Procurement in spreadsheets
- Meetings and field knowledge
After
- Project Station
- Correlated execution record
- Schedule, change, and procurement visibility
- Commercial protection
Public Mission Modernization
Federal agencies, municipalities, public institutions, programs, and organizations supporting public missions.
Before
- Requirements across programs
- Multiple contractors
- Stakeholder reporting by hand
- Systems that do not talk
After
- Mission Station
- Controlled workflow
- Shared operating picture
- Evidence capture
- Performance and readiness record
Stations
A Station is the operating environment we deploy and run.
It is not necessarily one application. A Station combines existing technology, custom applications, workflow, automation, data, procedures, portals, and human decision points into one controlled operating environment.
Business Station
A Business Station maintains the operational record of customers, jobs, costs, revenue, and execution.
Open Business StationProject Station
A Project Station maintains the execution record of contractual and project events.
Open Project StationMission Station
A Mission Station maintains the operational evidence required to understand performance, decisions, and readiness.
Open Mission StationThe common architecture
The contract defines what you're owed. The record determines whether you can prove it.
Every Station we deploy carries the same architecture underneath: an operational record kept while the work happens, not reconstructed after it.
Business Station
A Business Station maintains the operational record of customers, jobs, costs, revenue, and execution.
Project Station
A Project Station maintains the execution record of contractual and project events.
Mission Station
A Mission Station maintains the operational evidence required to understand performance, decisions, and readiness.
Technology is a construction material
The modernization requirement determines the technology. Not the other way around.
We build with whatever the operation actually needs, including what the organization already owns and already knows how to use.
Demonstrated capability
We show the work.
These are the precedents behind the method. They are evidence of demonstrated capability, not a claim that every market described here has already been served.
Expeditionary power sustainment
Sustained a combat operations center through lateral sourcing and operator training. Commended.
Workforce training and project delivery
Delivered training and project management inside an operating organization.
Mission-critical project execution
Execution record kept on a live hyperscale environment: contract, schedule, procurement, change, and field activity.
Federal modernization scope
Modernization work running today as a veteran-owned small business.
Defense Industrial Base
Rynalty Group modernizes the organizations responsible for physical mission execution.
We developed the model commercially inside specialty contracting, where fragmented operations directly affect schedule, margin and delivery. We are now extending that operating model into the defense industrial base.
Rynalty has established its DoD contracting infrastructure, received JCP certification and DLA Enhanced Validation, and has an organizational-readiness SBIR proposal currently under DLA evaluation.
DoD contracting infrastructure
Established and registered for defense award pathways.
JCP certification
Joint Certification Program certified for controlled technical data access.
DLA Enhanced Validation
Validated supplier status with the Defense Logistics Agency.
SBIR under evaluation
Organizational-readiness SBIR proposal currently under DLA evaluation.

How we work
We learn how the work happens. We preserve what works. We build what is missing.
We connect the operation, commission it with the people doing the work, and maintain the record. We start with one real pressure and expand only when the evidence supports it.
